Questions about our services
What is an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit?
A detailed energy survey and analysis of a building to the ASHRAE standard. It breaks down where energy is used, identifies upgrades, and estimates their cost, savings and payback. Incentive programs often require this baseline and upgrade case.
Do you prepare Ontario EWRB and Toronto energy reports?
Yes. We set up ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, collect utility data, and file Ontario Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking reports (due July 1) and City of Toronto reports (due July 2).
Who are your clients?
Condo corporations and property managers, office and retail owners, industrial and warehouse operators, developers, and homeowners across Ontario.
Are your recommendations independent?
Yes. We do not sell equipment. Recommendations are based on your building's data and competitive contractor bids.
