Local loan program in design
In 2025, Aurora Council endorsed work to design a home energy retrofit loan program. Until it opens, provincial and federal rebates are the main source of funding, and we'll tell you if the local program becomes available.
Province-wide rebates apply in full
Home Renovation Savings rebates, delivered by Save on Energy and Enbridge Gas, are open to Aurora homeowners, as is the federal heat pump rebate planned for early 2027.
Business programs through Save on Energy
Aurora businesses can use Save on Energy's Retrofit and Small Business programs and Enbridge Gas incentives. Buildings of 50,000 sq ft and up must report to Ontario's EWRB program by July 1.
