What does it cost?
The benchmark is free. Home energy assessments start at $499. For buildings, we quote a fixed fee after a short call. Peak Energy's program is a monthly subscription with a guaranteed net-positive return. About the program.
Does my building have to report energy use?
Under Ontario's Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB) rule, buildings of 50,000 sq ft and up report every July 1. Toronto buildings from 10,000 to 49,999 sq ft report first by July 2, 2027. Reporting rules.
