Very responsive and organized. Adam went above and beyond the call of duty for us to help us out! Thank you!
We needed a full residential energy audit completed FAST to qualify for a major government rebate before the program deadline. Adam at Next Level Consulting jumped on it immediately — he rearranged his schedule, came out the same day, and worked evenings to get the paperwork submitted in time. Thanks to his report and hustle, we qualified for the maximum rebate and are already seeing lower bills…

Next Level Consulting was amazing. Quick, thorough, knowledgeable, organized, detail oriented, excellent communication and compassionate about a tough situation. I'm not sure we would have gotten all the steps covered by another company. Thank you for helping us out when we really needed it!

Common questions
Do I need an energy assessment to get rebates?
For Home Renovation Savings bundle rebates (insulation, windows and doors, air sealing, heat pump water heaters), yes: an assessment plus two or more upgrades. Single upgrades such as a heat pump or smart thermostat don't need one. Toronto's HELP loan includes an assessment by a registered Energy Advisor.
Should I book before or after I renovate?
Before. The first assessment sets your starting EnerGuide rating, and a second one after the work confirms the upgrades. Talk to us before you sign a contractor's quote.
Can rebates be combined?
Often, yes. Provincial rebates can be paired with Toronto's HELP loan, and we'll check how new federal programs fit as their rules are confirmed.
I just bought a new home. Can I get money back on mortgage insurance?
Possibly. CMHC Eco Plus refunds 25% of your premium on a qualifying energy-efficient new home, and Sagen and Canada Guaranty offer the same.
Can you help me choose a contractor?
Yes. We help you get competitive quotes and compare them against your assessment report.
