  • Upgrading your windows and doors to ENERGY STAR® certified models can significantly enhance your home's energy efficiency. These high-performance products reduce heat loss in the winter and minimize heat gain in the summer, helping to keep your home comfortable year-round. They also lower energy consumption, leading to reduced utility bills and a smaller carbon footprint. Additionally, energy-efficient windows and doors improve indoor air quality by reducing drafts and moisture, contributing to a healthier living environment.

  • Solar panels are a great investment for homeowners, providing clean, renewable energy that reduces electricity bills and decreases reliance on fossil fuels. By generating your own electricity from sunlight, you can significantly lower monthly energy costs while contributing to a greener environment. Solar panels also increase your home's value, making it more attractive to potential buyers. Over time, they offer financial savings and protection from rising energy prices, creating both immediate and long-term benefits for your household.

  • Air sealing is a highly effective way for homeowners to improve their home's energy efficiency. By reducing drafts and sealing gaps in areas like windows, doors, and attics, air sealing helps maintain consistent indoor temperatures, resulting in lower energy bills. It prevents unwanted heat loss in winter and minimizes hot air infiltration during summer, reducing the load on your heating and cooling systems. Additionally, air sealing improves indoor comfort and air quality by keeping dust, allergens, and outdoor pollutants from entering your living space. Overall, it is a cost-effective method to enhance comfort, cut energy costs, and promote a healthier home environment.

  • Heat pump water heaters are an energy-efficient solution for both space and water heating, especially in cold climates. Unlike conventional heaters that generate heat directly, heat pump systems work by transferring heat from the air outside into your home, making them more efficient. These systems use less electricity and can significantly reduce energy consumption for both heating water and your living spaces.

Must include at least two indoor heads (mini/multi-split) or three indoor heads (central systems). Systems should be ENERGY STAR certified and effective in cold climates.

  • Proper weather sealing is essential for maintaining a comfortable, energy-efficient, and moisture-resistant home. Key elements of weather sealing include roofing membranes, foundation waterproofing, and moisture-proofing for crawlspace floors, walls, and headers. A well-installed roofing membrane helps protect your home from leaks and water damage by creating a durable, waterproof barrier.
